Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support only.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
Returns & Exchanges

No return or exchange will be accepted due to incorrect size selection, minor colour variations, or change of mind, as detailed product information is provided on our website.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

A complete parcel opening video (without any cuts or pauses) is mandatory as proof for any damage, defect, or wrong product claim.

The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Returned products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after quality inspection.
Refund & Exchange

Prepaid Orders: Eligible returns will be offered as a store credit/coupon or an exchange product of equal value.

COD Orders: Eligible returns will be offered as a store credit/coupon or an exchange product. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Discounted, clearance, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your prepaid order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to courier-related issues, Veltria Clothing will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid online.
