Refund Policy

**VELTRIA CLOTHING CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING RETURNING/CALCALLATION OF ORDERS DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES**

  1. Refunds are applicable only if your order is cancelled by Veltria Clothing or if the product is lost during transit.

  2. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers may choose an exchange or store credit, subject to verification.

  3. Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with a complete parcel opening video (without cuts or pauses).

  4. Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on the part of Veltria Clothing.

  6. Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.

  7. Veltria Clothing reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  1. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned without prior approval or a return request will not be accepted.
